Social Media Management

When I joined the DCA team in August of 2014, @downtownCLE had 31,000 followers. In just over two years,  the Twitter account grew to more than 64,000 followers. The Instagram following has more than doubled in the last year, gaining 5,516 followers since April 2016, and the Facebook page has gained more than 3,000 likes in the same time period. 

As the team grew, I moved from handling the day-to-day posting to managing a team member entirely dedicated to this task. I continue to lead the strategy and content development for DCA events and ensure the messaging closely follows our brand message.
